Cassie has been in the mortgage industry for four years starting as a Jr. Processor and working her way up to Chief Compliance Officer at Forthright Funding. As the Director of Operations at Handshake Home Loans, our clients experience and security are her main focus. She strives to create a streamlined process that enables our clients to achieve their financial goals as easily as possible. In her free time Cassie enjoys camping with her family and antique shopping.

Scott started his career in the mortgage industry in February 2014 and has over five years of experience on the direct lending side. He was recognized as a top producer and promoted into a management role in 2017 where he ran a team with the expectation of providing the best mortgage experience possible. He values transparency and enjoys helping out clients to best accomplish their goals while explaining the why each step of the way. In 2019, he moved over to the wholesale/brokerage side of the business so he could help a wider range of clients to best fit their needs. Scott is extremely detailed oriented and is now able to guide his clients through every step of the process while giving them the best pricing on the market!

Tyler is an Arizona Native, who loves helping break down the complexities of a what is a mortgage for every consumer he speaks with! His goal is to ensure a smooth process from start to finish without any unanswered questions! A mortgage is not complicated in his eyes, but knows he breaths eats, and sleeps all things mortgages, so he wants to make sure the consumer is well educated and always put into a much better position once they complete a refinance or purchase with Tyler. He entered the mortgage space back in 2013 for a direct lender where his team oversaw the turn-down deals for 4 major new home builders here in AZ. They were the number 1 team in the company, and this is where his fire and passion grew to help as many consumers purchase their dream home. From their Tyler went on to help open a very successful National Wholesale Mortgage Company where he ran a team of Mortgage Professionals as a sales manager, and then became VP of Sales for a larger competitor in Wholesale Lending. During his 4+ years in the wholesale space, he learned the ins and out of all of the national wholesale lenders, and completely solidified his thinking that a mortgage broker is 100% the best option for any consumer looking to purchase or refinance their home. A mortgage broker will not only shop all of the lenders for their consumers, but work hand in hand to build a relationship with each consumer they interact with. This was Tyler’s push to the broker side and decided to Join Handshake Home Loans. As a mortgage broker, he is very excited to provide his expertise to his consumers!

With experience in Residential Financing, Commercial Investment Sales, and Property Valuation he works to utilize his full Real Estate background to better assist his clients in every way possible. In 3+ years he has closed more than $75M in mortgage financing while delivering excellent service to his clients, and assisting them through every step of the process.
